Paint Depht
The thickness of the paint surface is generally measured in microns. Compared with two-component paints, single-component paints are thinner and softer. On average, the thickness of single-component paints does not exceed 100. The component paint is generally between 100 -140.
The primer layer is approximately (12-40 microns), the base coat is approximately (25-40 microns), and the clear coat is approximately (45-70 microns). And our human hair is about 70 microns in diameter, which can also reflect that the thickness of the paint looks very thin to the naked eye.
